LONGY B&S: EVENT SCHEDULE

SATURDAY. Carpark/ Campground gates open
Present your pre paid ticket to scan with a acceptable form of ID to check ( Acceptable forms of ID located in Information and FAQ ) - Once your ticket has been scanned you will receive a wristband for entry into the ball later in the day, A stubby holder with a sticker a drink card to be used in the ball to obtain drinks, a A4 page of rules for you to follow for the Longy B&S Ball and a sheep tag.
8:30am– Once you are all checked in, find a campsite to set up for the day/ night once your vehicle is parked. The vehicle can not move until Sunday morning when leaving the premise unless instructed otherwise by the Apex committee member.
11:00am– 4:00pm- Trade stalls and food vendors , Day stage music, B&S Games and Entertainment all located in the B&S Ball compound
7:00pm– 12:30am– B&S to commence in ball compound. Black tie formal dress code, wristband required for ID into the ball. Roast beef gravy rolls supplied, drink card is required to obtain a alcoholic drink then after that return empty can for a full can policy at the bar. No Plans and Jake Whittaker playing music on the main stage in the ball compound
Sunday
7:30am– Breakfast supplied bacon and egg sandwiches and water in the ball compound
7:30am– Free breath testing before leaving the B&S site located at the caravan near the front gate
